SALONI bought this in the spring and haven't had a chance to drink it since the end of the year. The first taste is a sweetness like a fresh apple. There is a little bit of astringency like a barrel or wood, and a crayon-like aroma. The label says kiwi, Japanese pear, and apple vinegar, but I can't find the first two. I don't think apple and apple vinegar are close either, but I'm going to say apple. It's hard to taste.
