Lovely creamy, fruity aromas like mixed berry yogurt and summer fruits. Some fresh cheese and pistachios, and buttered toast.
Delightful on the palate: crisp, soft, smooth with gentle fruit, then a big burst of acid towards the end that cleans up and tightens the palate into a neat finish.
Finish is quite dry, but an acidic umami does linger for a while.
