According to the brewer, "Sugihime uses cedar barrels and vats for brewing and cedar leaves for filtration, so cedar is essential to Yamashiroya.
When poured into a glass, the aroma is so mellow that it is hard to believe it is junmai sake 😊💕.
Dry and refreshing.
Almost no sweetness, smooth and refreshing.
