Sanbana Junmai Daiginjo Yumesasara" won the President's Award, the first prize in five categories, at the 6th Kura Master Japanese Sake Competition held by the Association de Kura Master in Paris, France.
This sake is made from "Yumesasara," a rice suitable for sake brewing that was researched and developed over 13 years at the Tochigi Prefectural Agricultural Experiment Station, and has a fresh apple-like aroma and a well-balanced flavor with fullness.
