ジョナジョナ
Sake that seems to be particular about Aizan's low-polished rice and non-pressurized pickings.
The aroma resembles peaches and bananas. As soon as it hits the palate, the sweet and sour flavor of ripe fruit spreads, followed by a touch of carbonation and umami. The aftertaste is light compared to the richness of the sweetness, and you want another sip right away.
I think this is a buy (and I did buy it).
