I felt it was a junmai sake with moderate rice flavor. We drank it cold, but it would also be good warmed.
The restaurant is attached to the brewery, so it is better to go there by train to compare the sake. It was about a 10-minute walk from Ogawamachi Station on the Tobu Tojo Line.
