Takatsugu
Sake from Ehime that I picked up on my expedition. This time, we opened a bottle of Suto Shuzo's "Sukigokoro" Omachi junmai ginjo.
The taste is pleasant with a fresh ginjo aroma and a strong sense of gentle umami. It is light, but delicious. I couldn't stop myself from drinking it. I intuitively felt that it would be good with light white meat snacks.
This is one of the Ehime sake that got me hooked. It's delicious ❗️
