This is a fizzy sake from the Asahiyama series, the signature brand of Asahi Shuzo (Nagaoka City), which is known for Kubota.
You can enjoy the gentle and refreshing sweetness and refreshing throat feeling like a lactobacillus drink (Lupis) as the image on the label. It has no added sugar, and its natural sweetness comes from rice and rice malt only.
The bottle design is also very attractive, and I would recommend this bottle to beginners of sake.
