Purchased at Sake no Takatsuya. Junmai, Yamahai and Yamadanishiki. And as the name implies, it tastes great warm! It's getting cooler at night so I'm looking forward to it.
The color is a moderate yama-buki.
The aroma is that of fragrant rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, the acidity typical of Yamahai, and the full-bodied flavor. It has a firm weight, but it is also a little smooth and crisp.
This is one of Furozumi's more cost-effective bottles, but it has a deep enough flavor that it's very satisfying! It's good for a long autumn night.
