Kusatsu Onsen
At Anzai Shoten. Tsuchida's new sake tasting!
They have a very sour sake that tastes like vinegar,
They are a very adventurous and nice brewery.
They also have a collaboration sake with Mr. Anzai, so it's nice to feel connected to the local community.
When I found Honor Kunimitsu's Umeshu (plum wine), I bought it immediately! I searched and searched and unexpectedly came across 〜〜〜〜〜〜! It's a fantastic plum wine that has been discontinued because it's too cosmetic. I'm too happy to buy it.
In the morning
Hot sandwiches at Coffee Senka Aya!
I enjoyed it in the retro space with a bit of sadness as I reflected on the end of my sake trip!
