There was a label warning to open the bottle, and it popped quite a bit when opened!
The fruity aroma, pear-like sweetness and acidity, and strong gasiness were all to my liking.
The next day after opening the bottle, the bottle was opened again with great vigor.
The sweetness and acidity seemed to have increased slightly. The gaseous taste remained the same.
