Apparently it's a "re-fermented kijoshu" brewed over a 5 year period from 2013~2018!
For a Junmai sake lover like me, it was all white wine-like sake anyway! LOL!
My friend who loves Shinmasa was so excited the whole time that I was afraid she would faint 🤭.
