It is my local sake and the basic sake. It is the royal road of Niigata Danrei dry taste. It is a sake that is designed to complement the food it is served with. It is a model of Tsuki and Maru, which are familiar at mass merchandisers.
I think the essence of Niigata sake is that it doesn't assert itself, but plays a supporting role. I like that way of life.
Kanbai is the best! Local is the best!
