Eikoufuji's sake is a favorite of both husband and wife.
It is a cloudy and sour sake.
Since I like sweet and strong flavors, this sourness was not to my liking or expectation.
However, a nearby liquor store had another Eiko Fuji sake in stock, so next time I'll buy that one!
