ほしやす
This liqueur is made by combining sake made for liqueur and yogurt made from 100% raw milk of Aizu.
It is 5% alcohol.
It's really good. The yogurt comes to the forefront, but at the end there is a hint of sake. The balance of sweetness and sourness is really good!
I drank it with my daughter, and she was so hooked on it that she finished the whole bottle (^_^;) It's a definite repeat.
