EKS made for the Sushi pairing of the crop I won in the raffle.
It is clear, beautifully finished and the aroma is very mellow.
Sushi was difficult at home, so I paired it with ekimaki.
It really brings out the best in me.
I want to bring it to a proper sushi restaurant...
