I like this. My impression of this drink is,
"OMACHI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel like "Omachi".
I feel like I'm not conveying the full flavor, so I'll write it properly: the umami and complexity that only Omachi can bring out are fully brought out in this wine. It is quite mild, with a little fruity and matured taste, so it is not too assertive. It is also not too complex, but it is not too strong, so it is easier to drink than one might expect.
There is also a junmai ginjo of this, which I would like to try next time.
(I've been writing too much and not enough, so I'll try to be more relaxed from now on.)
