The reason I like this brand is that the first sip and the last impression are completely different. Since I have a sake brain as my previous experience, I take the first impression as the aroma I have experienced. This time it was "gassy fresh light Tsuchida".
But as I continue drinking, I get used to the unique flavor of craft saké, and I enjoy the process of gradually getting used to this sake with its softness, plump sweetness, rich aroma of rice, yet sweet and sour, and so on.
