The last sake is from the Yuriage area of Natori City, which was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
This sake has a strong rice flavor with a refreshing aftertaste.
The brewery was completely destroyed by the earthquake, but they started brewing sake in a temporary warehouse the following year and returned to the Yuriage area in 2019.
Episodes like this make me want to support them 😊.
