Shinsei Ecru 2020
My first Shinsei.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth. The aroma of wood and a pleasant acidity follow.
It has a fresh taste that is unlike any other sake I've ever had.
I would like to enjoy the changes after a few days of drinking.
