Completely additive-free brewing, Shin Tschida.
The aroma on the nose is grainy, but clear.
The taste is dark.
Sweet taste.
Umami.
Sourness.
Bitterness.
All of them are strong, but somehow they don't fight each other.
The mouthfeel is smooth. The taste is strong but beautiful.
This is a first for me!
It's different from anything I've ever had before.
One thing's for sure, it's so good it seeps through!
