しん栗Of the four bottles in the 2022 series, I was most looking forward to drinking Banshu Aizan🍶.
After debating whether or not to pull the bottle of Yamadanishiki first, I decided to pull the bottle as released 🍾.
A solid sake that doesn't show the passage of time. The sweetness of the Aizan is felt in the crisp, fruity taste ✨.
There is only one more sake rice variety of Amami left 🍾.
I'm looking forward to it 🍾.
