I bought this sake when I went to Izu trip before last summer.
The names on the label seem to be the farmers of the village who produced the rice for making this sake.
The sake has a very mild and gentle taste. It was a delicious sake in many ways, considering the origin of the label.
By the way, as a new addition, I should add that it is a junmai sake.
