I bought two bottles at the Okura Honke Ekima Enomise.
Here is the first one.
The rice is, to my surprise, livestock feed rice!
Cock-a-doodle-doo!
It has a sweet taste, but you can also taste sourness and bitterness. The balance is exquisite!
It is a very beautiful sake with no bitterness.
I thought it was also very tasty!
