We bought this at a local sake shop. Surprisingly, there are only a few stores that carry ICHIHAKUSUISENARI. The price is 1,650 yen including tax.
The temperature is the most important. I want to drink it at a temperature of minus 5 degrees Celsius. It is best served with simple sashimi, grilled fish, and other izakaya dishes.
The mouthfeel is soft, and the umami and sweetness of the rice expands in the mouth. A sake with a well-balanced hexagonal flavor. Sake that even beginners can drink without any resistance.
At the same time, it lacks punch. It needs more impact. It is not enough to drink by itself.
Named from the meaning of "the most delicious sake made from white rice and water. We would like to develop Isshuikusuisei as a food sake.
