I received this as a thank-you gift from a senior staff member of a client who is retiring from the company. It was like an exchange of gifts, but it was a very funny scene.
Of course, the taste is Yamada-Nishiki, but the elegant ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the lingering aftertaste are exquisitely balanced.
