It is a delicious cold sake to be served with sashimi, while lukewarm or hot sake is great with oden, simmered dishes, and other dishes.
When chilled, it has a moderate acidity and the aroma and flavor of the rice stand out, but as it warms up, the acidity becomes stronger and the flavor becomes more like a heated sake.
It has no sweetness, so we recommend drinking it as a mealtime sake rather than as a stand-alone sake.
