The end of work. After returning home, I went to my family's year-end party (the second time) and the first wine I had was Mimuro Cedar. It was quite fizzy and tasted like champagne. It was cloudy but smooth and easy to drink. It is more complete than uselessly expensive champagne. It is sweet, so I think it is best at the beginning or at the end, but there are no peculiarities that would interfere with a meal. How many more kinds of sake can we expect to find this year?
