Brewed by Maruishi Brewery in Okazaki, Aichi Ni-Uto, KT and Aichi no Okome Junmai Ginjo Nama This is a sake made by three breweries, Gigi in Owari, Shikishima in Chita, and Futaruto in Mikawa, through KT, a young farmer on the Chita Peninsula, using a special grade of sake rice "Yume-Ginko" produced by a young rice farmer KT (Takumi Kondo) to boost the farming industry, and each of the three breweries has created their own sake with their own characteristics! This "Nitoshi, KT and Aichi's Okome" is only sold at Nitoshi's special distributors in Aichi Prefecture! And when I drank this Ni-Toshi version, it was a very nice sake with a perfect sweet and sour taste 😆.
