Mt. Kinsho (Shiga Prefecture)
Gorgeous aroma. Soft on the palate. No taste. Numbness on the tongue. Nadeshiko flower yeast.
Purchased at the brewery. I compared several kinds of sake and liked this one.
The brewery is located in Ogawamachi, Saitama Prefecture, which is famous as the birthplace of Yaoko and Shimamura. The parking lot is spacious. There was a space to tour the brewery and we were able to see the old sake brewing tools.
