The ginjo aroma is wonderful... The aftertaste is well-balanced with acidity and astringency, so it was delicious with meat.
I like the taste of Yamagata Masamune itself, so I don't mind if it's not Aizan.
The chicken fillet served in the course? It was very good when I paired it with the meat which had a strong flavor and juicy fat.
It was a great pairing because it didn't make me feel the weak umami of the Aizan itself, and the astringent aftertaste made the fat refreshing to eat.
