The last souvenir from my trip to Akita
I bought it at La Jomon, which I had longed for!
The owner, Mr. Kumagai, was so friendly and kind...
La Jomon only had one bottle, so I gave up in tears and bought this one!
Rikuu 132 and No. 6 yeast... I wonder what it tastes like!
The taste is mainly acidic, but I guess that's because it's a No. 6 yeast.
The light sweetness is preceded by a sourness, and then a rather assertive bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is a refreshing sake even at this time of the year!
Some people may not like the aftertaste of the last alcoholic flavor... I have no problem with it at all!
