I have been curious about this brand for a long time.
I wanted to try the one made by Toshi Fujioka, but there is no name on the label, so I guess it is the new Amami.
It has a lychee-like aroma, a silky mouthfeel, and a sweet sake with a delicious flavor. It is delicious.
