It is made with 100% Niigata rice and has no additives such as sugar or acidifiers, which are common in packaged sake. The taste is clean and full-bodied, a royal sake that can be served with any food! It is a very good wine. It is very cosy!
Well, Niigata sake lovers, have you noticed? The logo in the center of the package has changed from "Niigata Seishu" to "Mizuhara Hyouko"! This casual local appeal is hard to resist 😉.
