Second round of drinks.
It has a mild aroma and is a food wine type, I guess.
It has a beautiful flavor that makes it hard to believe that it has been aged for about 8 years. It is easy to drink, but the daiginjo-like taste is weak.
I ordered a craft beer from Choryu afterwards, thinking it would be the last one, but the beer was the best 🤣.
