After more than two years, the bottle was opened! My taste has changed a lot during this time...
Is it because of the aging process that it is not as refreshing as Lapis? It has a pleasant complexity, but I guess the basic taste is Lapis. I enjoy a sip every day and think it is my favorite of all the COLORS because it has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness. I would buy it again if I could find it again.
