Sakata Nishiki ~~~~~~~~ Rice type:Yamadanishiki 25%, Gin no Sato 75% (grown in Kanagawa prefecture) Rice type: Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 67 Yeast:Kura-tsuki yeast (STB5), JSA No.10 Strength:15 degrees 720ml ~~~~~~~~ This is a robust sake with a strong sweetness and umami. It is suitable for nabe. This is a revived brewery that is doing very well and we want to support them. The brewery has a nice atmosphere.
