Kaze no Mori after a long time
I always drank what I could buy at the time without choosing a brand, so I'll keep track here from now on
When you open the bottle, there is a lot of gas, and the fruity aroma spreads at once.
As soon as you pour it into a sake bottle, you can see the foam particles.
The gassiness on the palate is as expected, with a strong sense of grape or Muscat fruitiness.
I guess this was easy to understand.
After that, you can feel the taste of rice, and the sweetness is mellow, but the acidity is also moderate.
Before the second day's impressions, I was surprised that there was only about half a cup left, although I had the feeling that there was half a cup left.
I guess I drank a lot.
Not much has changed except that the gasiness has weakened.
I left it open for a day to let the gas go out.
The aroma of the grapes seems to be stronger than it was before.
The rice flavor and sweetness are a bit suppressed, and the acidity is stronger instead.
After drinking, the acidity lingers in the mouth.
I'm looking forward to the comparison of Kaze no Mori, but I don't know when I'll be able to drink it again...
