A dry, 18-month-old sake made before it claimed sweet supremacy.
Although it's super dry, it has a sweetness and a soft taste, and it's a bottle I'd like to keep drinking.
I made it, but I wasn't satisfied with the taste, so I let it sit for a year and a half and it tasted better, so I released it.
Purchased around September 2018.
Will never meet again...
It was the sake that made me fall in love with Shoushiki Shuzo.
