An alcoholic drink I found by chance. It has a low alcohol content of 6%. The sake is cloudy and the aroma is sweet and sour like yogurt. It is refreshing in the mouth. It has a sour taste, and then a little sweetness remains. The sake was originally made to go with Kagawa's famous bone-in chicken, so we had garlic steak with chicken thighs as a snack. After eating oily meat, pouring this sake in neutralizes the oil, and you can enjoy an endless loop of meat and sake. I was very satisfied with this unusual sake.
