Sake that survived the earthquake that hit Noto on 1.1.2024 🍶.
Slightly amber color 🍶.
It's like a gentle and cozy feeling that negates my preconceived notion (just lack of study 😅) that Noto sake is "dong ‼️".
It is slowly delicious 😋.
Even better when heated (my favorite)!
I have the impression that it has a base of rice🌾 with peanuts🥜 and green bamboo🥰.
