Comparison of the Tsuki no I sake. The first junmai ginjo was followed by a junmai ginjo, which I was told "the ginjo here is not aroma ginjo, but aji ginjo".
The comparison made me appreciate the taste of the junmai ginjo even more. However, this yellowish Junmai is no longer in the so-called "Junmai" genre.
