ギョーザ
On Sunday, I participated in the Normal Hill East Japan Tournament for Normal Sake.
All of the sake contained alcohol, sugar, and acidity, but none of them had a strong taste or tasted strange. Many people make fun of sake with all ingredients, calling it "sanmasu," but I assure you that it is not something to be scoffed at.
Now, I brought this sake.
It had a light animal smell, but it was easy to drink.
