If you drink it lukewarm, the umami is enhanced and it tastes even better.

But I think it's great as an in-between-dinner drink,
I liked it lukewarm.
And today's beer,
PSB black,
It was blacker than I expected when poured into a glass!
It was a delicious beer with a weak citrus taste and a weak bitterness.
