カープ君Nagataki Sake Brewery is located in Hiroyo-machi, Nara Prefecture. Recently, the brewery has also been producing local beer, which is freshly brewed and available at the Nagataki Brew Park next to the brewery. This hiyaoroshi has a mellow, but not too rich, flavor, and is a bit dry at the end.
