I bought this at the end of last month when I went to Yokota, Okuizumo town to eat new soba noodles.
The brewery is a roadside station and you can even taste the sake 😊💕.
Sake made with flower yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture🌼
The color is light yellowish. It has a gorgeous aroma and a sweet taste of rice.
We enjoyed it deliciously.
There were other junmai ginjo made with banana yeast and sunflower yeast from Tokyo University of Agriculture, but I couldn't take them home because they needed to be refrigerated.
I would love to drink them next time☺️.
Ingredients Rice (produced in Okuidumo Town), Rice Koji (produced in Okuidumo Town)
Alcohol 15%.
