Purchased on a trip to Hida Takayama. Easy to drink dry. Of course the water is delicious. It is spicy even after it is in the mouth, swallowed, and passed through the throat. Although it is hot, there is no unpleasant bitterness at all. The rich aroma goes through your nose. It is delicious. It is a good, good sake. This is good. It is good.
