Maybe it's not something to record here, but it's also true that I drank (laughs).
My family wanted to go to a nearby sushi restaurant today, so we took a walk and went to H Sushi, a sushi chain about 20 minutes away.
We didn't have children who were in the prime of eating, so we paid no more than 4,000 yen for the three of us, but we were full.
We also had one sake.
On the menu was "Seiun Kinkazan," but we had no further information about it, and when we looked it up, it seemed to be a sake from Saitama Prefecture.
The sake was at room temperature, although the sake cup was very cold.
We enjoyed it with tuna sashimi.
The sushi restaurant only had the Honjozo sake, so I would like to find another sake from the Harumo Shuzo brewery to try next time.
(This sushi chain also offers a 180 ml bottle of "Koshino-Kanchubai" junmai ginjo from Ojiya, Niigata.)
