At Okayama RYOUTEI Bokan-cho main store. Takaso Sake Brewery. Neither is in the database. This restaurant has a lineup of local Okayama sake, which is not to be underestimated. The drawback is that it is for banquets, so you can't drop by individually. Also, the QR menu has an explanation, which is good, but I can't keep track of it, so I ordered another drink, but forgot about it. Although Okayama is famous for its Omachi sake, Asahi rice sake also has a mild and rich umami taste.
