I've been waiting for this, my personal no. 1. If you like alcohol, you'll buy it just by looking at these specs. Why not more? The width of unfiltered sake, the depth of raw sake, and the freshness of nama-shu. Even when all of the above are fully demonstrated, there is still plenty of omachi flavor to go around. Fresh and sweet aroma of lactic acid bacteria of yogurt and blue fruits of muscat and ramune. The juicy sweetness of apples is abundant, and more than that, the umami and richness, and even more than that, the overwhelmingly rough acidity. This is Shinomine. It is addictive. Spread my love for Shinomine. It is really good. I love it. (I think the trend will catch up in a few years.) Today, with grilled squid. (By the way.) Rinri with the same label may not be fresh. It is easier to get to know, but if you want to enjoy Shinomine's goodness, you should drink it raw.
